Thank you to everyone who attended today’s Working Hunter Show sponsored by Carrs Billington Stranraer.

We were fortunate with the weather, which stayed mostly dry.

Charlotte Armstrong designed and built a fabulous course and we are very grateful to Charlotte for all the time she gave to set up the course yesterday, and to be in attendance today to build.

Thank you our judges – Lillian and Samantha Cloy, and to our stewards and helpers – Rachael, Sally, George, Jill, Julie and Anne, without whom the show would not have been able to run.

Congratulations to all the riders – everyone was very well turned out and looked wonderful.

Thank you to Homemade by AH for the delicious food.

The Show was sponsored by Carr’s Billington Country Store Stranraer, who provided horse treats for the winners, along with a generous feed prize for the winner of the final class of the day, which was a qualifier for Blair Castle International Horse Trials in August.  Class winners also received a mug, courtesy of Murray Crawford, Farrier.

We will be running a couple of clear round evenings over the WH course – details will be posted on our FB page once dates confirmed.
