A mains water tap is located opposite the gate near portaloo, in the parking area.
NO entries will be accepted on the day. Pre- entries only. Anyone already entered wishing to enter another class, or do a round HC, will be accommodated, as far as possible.
The Warm Up Area is in the big field. For the safety of all, the collecting area (in front of ring entrances) is for waiting to go into ring only.

Thank you to everyone who took part in today’s Charity Show at Castlefields, sponsored by Carr’s Billington Country Store Stranraer. The weather was lovely and there was a good turnout.
The Show raised £700 to donate to Dumfries and Galloway Blood Bikes.
Thank you to everyone who entered and to our judges, Lindsey Birch, Sue Mattison and Kara Torrance, along with stewards Ellie Flynn, Mhairi Ross, Jill Gilchrist, Sheena Townley-Malyon, Chloe Hunter, Louise Gallacher, Sally Baxter and Matthew Burrett, who all helped to make the day run smoothly.

We were fortunate with the weather, which stayed mostly dry.
Charlotte Armstrong designed and built a fabulous course and we are very grateful to Charlotte for all the time she gave to set up the course yesterday, and to be in attendance today to build.
Thank you our judges – Lillian and Samantha Cloy, and to our stewards and helpers – Rachael, Sally, George, Jill, Julie and Anne, without whom the show would not have been able to run.
Congratulations to all the riders – everyone was very well turned out and looked wonderful.

The Show was sponsored by Carr’s Billington Country Store Stranraer, who provided horse treats for the winners, along with a generous feed prize for the winner of the final class of the day, which was a qualifier for Blair Castle International Horse Trials in August. Class winners also received a mug, courtesy of Murray Crawford, Farrier.
